Press-On Nails Lift at the Sides? It's Not Your Glue
This set is built with sturcture and a sculpted fit so it stays sealed at the sides.
If your press-ons keep lifting at the sides, it’s not your glue.
It’s the fit.
Most press-on nails are made for a standard nail plate.
But here’s the part no one tells you:
👉 your nail plate is not standard.
Some nails are flatter.
Some are more curved.
Some taper differently at the sidewalls.
So when you apply a nail that doesn’t match your natural curvature, it creates tiny pressure gaps along the sides.
And those gaps?
That’s where lifting starts.
What’s actually happening
When the base of the nail is:
• too curved → it pinches and lifts at the edges
• too flat → it doesn’t seal and pops up at the sides
So even if your prep is perfect… it still wont hold.
👉 the nail is already working against you.
Why glue isn’t the problem
You can use:
• the strongest glue
• perfect prep
• all the “right steps”
And it will still lift…
Because the issue isn’t adhesion.
👉 it’s alignment.
The fix (this is where it changes)
This is where most people get it wrong.
You need a nail that actually matches your nail plate.
Not just size.
👉 shape + curvature + structure
This is exactly why I created my Sculpted Fit approach.
It’s not about guessing your size or picking what “looks right.”
It’s about:
• how your nail sits
• how it curves
• how it needs to be supported
If your nails always lift here…
It’s not you.
It’s not your prep.
👉 you’ve just been given the wrong fit.
