B. Choose Your own  Nail Shape and Length.

1. Sizing Kit & Shade Finder: For a flawless fit, please add a sizing kit to your cart. If you're selecting a nude or skin-tone shade, adding a Shade Finder is highly recommended to match your perfect tone.

2. Design Levels: Our custom sets are available in three design tiers, with prices added to the base price of the set:

   - Basic Design: $5–$10 (custom color or minimal design)

   - Intermediate Design: $15–$30 (enhanced detail or added elements)

   - Intricate Design: $35+ (premium, detailed artistry)

*These prices are in addition to the base price of your set. After your design consultation and mock-up, an invoice will be sent for the remaining balance to complete your order.

3. Design Consultation: During the design consultation, you’ll have the chance to share your vision and preferences. We’ll collaborate to ensure your set matches your style and personality, providing you with a custom mock-up before finalizing the order.

4. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee: Your satisfaction is our priority. We will work with you directly to ensure your nails are perfect, and you’ll be involved in every step of the process. If you have any concerns or adjustments once you receive your set, we’re here to make sure you love it.

5. Customization Timelines: Once we finalize your ideal design, rest assured that you will never lose your place in line. We promptly begin work on your set, and it will be completed and shipped within **5-7 business days**. You’ll be updated on the progress and notified when your order ships. 6. Non-Refundable Service Fee: Due to the time and resources involved in consultations, mock-up designs, and custom work, this service fee is non-refundable. For more information, please review our Refund Policy.
