🔁 How the Subscription Works (Please Read Carefully):

This is a cohort-based subscription, meaning all subscribers receive their boxes on the same schedule, regardless of when they sign up.

📦 Shipping & Billing Schedule:

• Subscription boxes are shipped between the 1st–10th of every other month (August, October, December, etc.).
• You’ll be billed on your renewal date, and your box will be included in the next scheduled shipment.

📅 Cutoff for Each Box:

• Orders placed on or before the 15th of the month before a cohort ship month will be included in the next box.
• Orders placed on or after the 16th will be held for the following cohort to allow time for production.

Examples:

• Subscribed July 2 → You’ll receive your box August 1–10.
• Subscribed June 5 → You’ll receive your box August 1–10.
• Subscribed September 16 → You’ll receive your first box October 1–10.
• Subscribed September 17 or later → You’ll receive your first box December 1–10.

This timing allows me to handcraft each nail set with care, ensuring you get the full luxury experience. Your subscription is locked in—you’re just getting the next box in line!

💅 First-Time Subscribers:

To ensure a perfect fit, first-time subscribers must purchase a sizing kit with their subscription. Your sizing kit will ship immediately so we can start your custom sets.

💝 Extras & Gifting:

• New customers will receive a reusable welcome gift package (gift items won’t be repeated in future boxes).
• Only 12 subscription spots are open per cohort. Once full, the waitlist will open for the next cycle.
